The company operates in the greater Bremen-Hanover-Osnabrück area, which is a strategically important region, and it perfectly complements our network there.

Simon Kopmann will stay on for several more years to pass on his knowledge and experience to the next generation. The second management level is excellently positioned, both technically and commercially, ensuring that Koldewei seamlessly combines continuity with future viability.
Development of a future field in an attractive region:
Through the Koldewei transaction, we are entering one of the most exciting regions in the context of energy transition. There are currently plans for four large underground cable projects and more than 35 wind turbines within its radius of action. We aim to collaborate in advancing these projects and ensuring a lasting impact.
