RALF KÄCKER BAUUNTERNEHMUNG expands TERRAS Spezialtiefbau! 🚜🤝🏼

The highlights from our point of view

✅ TERRAS Spezialtiefbau is expanding its expertise: Ralf Käcker Bauunternehmung GmbH (RKBU), located in Neustadt-Glewe, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, is a specialist in overhead line and mobile communications construction active throughout Germany, with a focus on demanding civil engineering, concrete and steel construction work for poles. Approximately 40 employees implement construction projects with the highest level of technical expertise, thereby expanding our existing portfolio of special foundation engineering projects.

✅ Careful strengthening of the management team is planned: The two managing directors, Ralf Käcker and Norman Laudan, will remain on board and will be joined by other executives in the future – to be able to further contribute to the German energy transition. In this way, we are carefully combining continuity with future viability (“the TERRAS way”). 

✅Extensive synergies for our clients: We are significantly expanding our range of services in the field of overhead line construction with RKBU. The services include earthworks, bored piles, concrete and steel construction for the lower part of a power pole. This expansion allows us to provide our clients with an even broader range of services from a single source, spanning the entire energy transition value chain from north to south. This underlines our claim to not only support the energy transition but also to actively shape it – boldly, decisively and proactively. 

And last but not least: The first synergy project with Demler has already been commissioned. We have never implemented a strategy this quickly. 😉 🚀
